" Dear Auto Europe, I would like to thank you (or Sixt) for reimbursing me for the rental car. As I had forgotten my driver's license in Vienna, Austria I wasn't able to rent the car. When I called Auto Europe/Austria to see if I could get a reimbursement, the agent was very unhelpful. She said it was my fault that I had forgotten my license (this is true, but we are human so do make mistakes) When I saw the reimbursement I was surprised and very thankful. For this reason I would definitely recommend Auto Europe. Many thanks! "
