" It was not easy to find the box of firefly at the airport of Santo Domingo as it wasnt described anywhere. Then we had to wait an hour as the employee had to deal with two other clients. After that they wanted us to charge double the price for the additional drive. Also, we payed for full-full fuel tank regulation but we got a car with only 1/8 filled tank...we accepted as we have been too tired for further discussions after 18 hours of flight "
